29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles shall be secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. When the pump jack has to pass bracing already installed, an additional brace shall be installed approximately 4 feet (1.2 m) above the brace to be passed, and shall be left in place until the pump jack has been moved and the original brace reinstalled.  a) Lot 50 Inwood Walk Woodstock Ga.: On or about August 16, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15ft. 6 in. above ground level in that he did not ensure the Alum-A-Pole, Pump Jack scaffolding was braced at the top and bottom before allowing two employees to work from it to install siding.
