29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a- Front of Building, 2495 Brunswick Pike, Lawrenceville NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift.  These employees were not wearing the required fall protection at the time of the worksite inspection/exposure.   Condition observed on or about 10/05/17.
