29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv): Cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds were used as a means of access or egress.    a.) 199 Cherry Hill Rd., Parsippany, NJ.     Employees engaged in construction activities utilized the cross braces on a tubular welded frame scaffold in order to access and egress the roof of a commercial building, exposing them to fall hazards approximately 15 ft. to the ground below, on or about 10/05/2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a.) 199 Cherry Hill Rd.,  Parsippany, NJ     An employee without proper means of fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while engaged in construction activities from the roof of a commercial building , on or about 10/05/2017.
