29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a.) First Contracting, Inc., 209 Cambridge Street, New Castle, PA - On or about October 5, 2017, and times prior thereto: employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, dimethyl ether, and wood dust during renovation operations. The employer did not provide employees with information and training on the physical and health hazards of the hazardous substances to which they may be exposed.
