29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 10/05/17, on the roof on the right side of a house at 695 Richmond Avenue, Buffalo, NY: Two employees engaged in roofing work on a steep roof were exposed to a fall of approx. 20 ft. Both of the employees were wearing full body harnesses, but had no lanyards attached. Neither of the employees was tethered to an anchor point. Pitch of the roof was approx. 12 in 12. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
