29 CFR 1926.302(b)(2): Safety clips or retainers were not securely installed or maintained on pneumatic impact (percussion) tools to prevent attachments from being accidentally expelled: a) Corner of Croton Ave and Main St.; On or about October 3, 2017 an employee using a pneumatic operated chipping hammer with a flexible hose at high pressures was not protected from struck by hazards by safety clips or retainers to prevent separation of hose.
