29 CFR 1926.250(b)(1): Material inside a building(s) under construction was stored within 10 feet of an exterior wall(s) which did not extend above the top of the material being stored: a. On or about October 6, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing material handling operations were stacking masonry block within ten (10) feet from the exterior wall edge, thereby exposing employees to stuck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.706(b): Masonry walls over eight feet in height were not adequately braced to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent supporting elements of the structure were in place: a. On or about October 6, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were loading masonry blocks on second floor north wall of a new five (5) unit residential building. The masonry walls, measured at thirteen (13) feet seven (7) inches in height and twenty four (24) feet seven (7) inches in length per unit, were not adequately braced to prevent collapse, thereby exposing the employees to struck by hazards.
