29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a. Maintenance and Fabrication - On or about October 5, 2017 an air hose and an extension cord was stretched across the maintenance shop floor. The air hose had a loop that projected above the floor and created a trip hazard. Scrap pieces of rebar were laying on the ground outside of the fabrication building next to the rebar storage racks and the power cords for the bender and chop saw inside fabrication created a trip hazard.
