29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Toyota Motor Manufacturing, JIT Building: On or about October 10, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while spraying Ed Black Lacquer onto seat assembly foot brackets without a respiratory program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, training, fit testing, and medical evaluation for employees required to use N95 filtering facepiece respirators.
