On or about October 10, 2017, at the construction site located at 128 Thrush Circle, Pickerington, Ohio, employees were operating nail guns to install framing without eye protection, thereby exposing the employees to potential eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. On or about October 10, 2017, at the construction site located at 128 Thrush Circle, Pickerington, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on a roof of a two story residential home with a pitch of approximately 10 in 12 and up to approximately 15 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
