Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  293 West Street, Milford, MA On or about October 11, 2017 employees were observed engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges more than 15 feet above the next lower level and were not protected from falls by fall arrest systems, a combination of warning lines and monitors, safety nets or guard rail systems.

Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
