29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): The employer did not ensure each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 11, 2017 employees installing roofing materials on the east side of a commercial building were exposed to fall hazards over 20 feet and a suitable fall protection system was not used.
