(a) Leverwood Machine Works, Incorporated - The employer did not require the use of hand protection for the employees exposed to chemical burns from the AccuCool 1975 synthetic cutting fluid which contained 1-Amino-2-propanol. The employees had skin contact with the coolant while operating the Gockel grinding machines, on or about October 11, 2017.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
