29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.    a) On or about 10/11/17 in coil storage area; employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while moving unloading coils weighing between 2,200 - 4,500 lbs. from a delivery truck when the main aisle, running north and south, was being used as a staging area and blocked with stacked of coils.      b) On or about 10/11/17 in the coil storage area; employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while locating and moving metal coils, weighing between 2,200 lbs. - 4,500 lbs. using the overhead crane, when the west row between rows 2 & 3 was blocked with coils.      c) On or about 10/11/17 in the coil storage area; employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while locating and moving coils, weighing between 2,200 - 4,500 lbs. using an overhead crane, when west row between rows 4 & 5 were blocked with coils.      d) On or about 10/11/17 in the coil storage area; employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while locating and moving coils, weighing between 2,200 - 4,500 lbs. using an overhead crane, when west row between rows 12 & 13 were blocked with coils.
