On or about October 12, 2017 the break room table in front of the sink was found to have 5.12 micrograms of lead present on the surface where employees consumed food and beverages.    c. On or about October 12, 2017 the door leading to the employee smoke area in the back of the room was found to have 12.45 micrograms of lead present on the surface.
