29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Break Room at facility a. On or about October 12, 2017 the break room table in the back of the room was found to have 2.622 micrograms of lead present on the surface where employees consumed food and beverages. b. On or about October 12, 2017 the break room table in front of the sink was found to have 5.12 micrograms of lead present on the surface where employees consumed food and beverages. c. On or about October 12, 2017 the door leading to the employee smoke area in the back of the room was found to have 12.45 micrograms of lead present on the surface.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Location: warehouse floor behind demo line. a) On or about October 12, 2017, the emergency cut off switch for the horizontal circuit breaker baler was blocked by boxes on a pallet and other miscellaneous packing materials, blocking the operating employee from accessing the emergency shut off.
