Breckenridge, CO 80424:  On and preceding October 12th 2017, the employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when operating pneumatic nail guns at approximately 120 psi.  An employee was installing plywood sheathing on a two story, steep pitched roof using a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection.  This exposed employees to a projectile hazard to the eyes.
