29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) Demountable Concepts Inc. located at 200 Acorn Road, Glassboro, NJ: On or about 10/10/2017, an employee was working from a ladder trying to unjam a piece of steel piping. The load became unstable and the employee jumped from the ladder resulting in an injury to the left knee and tibia. The incident led to the hospitalization of the employee. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on 10/13/2017, not within the required 24 hours.
