29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  (a). Downstairs walkway near bathrooms and locker-room - Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of tripping hazards. A piece of metal grating/drain was uneven with the floor around it creating a tripping hazard, on or about October 11, 2017.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
