29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(9): Handrails for stairways did not provide adequate handholds for employees grasping them to avoid falling: a) On or about October 4, 2017 at Lot 15, Boykin Lakes Loop, Pike Road, Al: The employer failed to ensure adequate handholds such as handrails or guardrails were installed on the open side to the stairway from the first floor to the second floor of a new residential home being built which exposed employees to fall hazards.
