29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) 400 Centerpoint Blvd., Newark DE - On or about October 17, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that the employees successfully completed training and evaluation prior to operating powered industrial trucks, to include but not limited to Yale Motorized Hand Trucks, Yale Motorized Pallet Stackers, and Unicarriers LP Forklits.
