29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Facility, Layout Department, 6 Commerce Court, Bedford, PA: On or about October 13, 2017 the flexible cord to the foot pedal on the Cincinnati press brake P3 was not connected to the device so that strain relief was provided.
