Employees climb on the units to tighten studs in the inlet and outlet piping.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(i): Flammable liquids, including stock for sale, were stored in a location that limited the use of exits, stairways, or areas normally used for the safe egress of people: On or about November 14, 2013, the employer was storing approximately 200 gallons of flammable liquids including lacquer thinner, solvents, cleaners, degreasers, and oils near man door exit #2. In the event of a fire, the flammable chemicals would prevent the evacuation of employees. Man door exit #2 is the only man door in this area.
