29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:     a)  Construction site:  On or about October 6, 2017, and at times prior, at 1679 Scenic Highway Snellville, GA 30078, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that employees were not wearing hard hats while the Skytrack telehandler forklift Serial Number 0160075903 was used to lift trusses to the roof.     b) Construction site:  On or about October 6, 2017, and at times prior, at 1679 Scenic Highway Snellville, GA 30078, the employer superintendent exposed himself to struck by hazards in that he was not wearing hard hats while working, trusses being installed by the Skytrack telehandler forklift Serial Number 0160075903.
