29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) (a) GoodWest Industries, Incorporated - Production Floor - The water cooler was powered by an extension cord used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of the structure and was attached to the building structure, paragraphs (A) and (D) respectively, on or about November 14, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
