29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about October 13, 2017, for employees exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 8 feet with 5:12 pitch while tearing roofing materials without fall protection on at or near 1213 Prairie Parkway in West Fargo, North Dakota.
