The charging cables on a Hitech GNB Forklift changing Battery, Serial# GTC18-72511, S/N 91E2243 had damaged cords and the exposed copper conduit was covered with masking tape, observed on or about 10/05/2017.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vi): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was not to be attended while in use did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed:  a)  Caesars Pasta LLC - Production area:  The outlets located in the production area did not have a cover to protect them against water or mist present around the area, the employees are exposed to electrical hazards while coming in contact with wet or damp surfaces.
