29 CFR 1926.95(c):     "Design." All personal protective equipment shall be of safe design and construction for the work to be performed.    On or about October 16, 2017 where employees were exposed to fall hazards  while installing precast members at a parking garage without the self-retracting lifelines being positioned above the harness D-ring as stated by the manufacturer.
