29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: Contitech USA, Inc. - Saint Marys, Ohio: On or about October 17, 2017, the employer did not certify that inspection of energy control procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, the Steelastic Wire Treatment Cell 740, were conducted. The employer did not document date and the equipment involved in the inspection, the employee(s) included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection. Contitech USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.147(c)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1146841, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 13601 Industrial Pkwy., Marysville, Ohio, 43040.
