29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 104 Interchange Plaza, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40 feet from the roof to the ground below, estimated by the General Contractor, while constructing a new parapet wall along the perimeter of the roof with no complete fall protection system in place. Occurred on 10/10/2017
