29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Cliffwood Apartments, West side, On or about 10/17/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 53-feet to the lower level, in that a lanyard with an attachment to the anchor points were not provided to an employee engaged in painting activities on a JLG Aerial Lift. The exposed employee was provided with a 50-ft. life-line to be used as a lanyard as part of a personal fall arrest system in the aerial lift.
