29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact or from falling objects were not protected by protective helmets: a) jobsite at Sacred Heart Church, 337 Center St. in St. Marys, PA. On or about October 18, 2017, employees working below the scaffolding were not using hard hats to protect from objects falling from the scaffolding and other overhead work areas.
