29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times.  On October 15, 2017, at Aisle D72, J73, 45, a Crown Standup Lift Truck operator was exposed to a struck-by hazard when the operator overcorrected and lost control of lift truck while removing a pallet from the bottom rack, struck the rack and caused a case of biscuits from the upper pick rack to fall and strike the operator's back.
