The ground to eave height was approximately 9' 8".

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer does not ensure that a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about 10/03/2017, at the jobsite at 3200 , St Charles, MO, an employee engaged in shingle removal, fell approximately 9' 8" off of a roof. The employer failed to provide the employee with training on requirement to have fall protection when exposed to fall hazards of 6' or more.
