29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Leeds Elementary School, 2 Parsons Street, Northampton, MA: On or about October 20, 2017 the employer had not initiated and maintained programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site conditions by a competent person. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
