On or about October 6, 2017, in building 475, an employee(s) entered various work area(s) with corrosive and asphxiant hazards from compressed gas cylinders which contained chlorine, boron trichloride, oxygen, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen, helium, argon, and carbon dioxide.   Employee(s) had the potential to be exposed to toxic, corrosive and/or oxygen deficient atmospheres when the employer failed to develop and implement a emergency response plan prior to responding to alarms indicating a potential release of compressed gases.
