29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system :  a- Roof Level: Employees were engaged in painting a metal roof and not wearing personal fall arrest harness or utilizing another means of fall protection as the workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 10/20/2017.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  a- Roof Level: Employees engaged in the painting of a 10 on 12 pitched metal roof placed extension ladders across the pitch as a means to scale the roof, which was not the ladders intended use, exposing workers to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 10/20/2017.
