29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: a) All Framers Construction at 65 Bluestem Court Lot 42, Winter Park, CO 80482: On or before 10/12/17, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while constructing a residential property. Two employees were performing framing work on the top of a two story newly constructed house without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of greater than 30 feet.
