Heberle Ford Inc.: On or about October 23, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from using unlabeled and defaced labeled containers of Super Clean Degreaser, Transmission Fluid, and Window Wash Concentrate while performing daily operations throughout the facility. b. Heberle Ford Inc.: On or about October 23, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from Safety Clean Degreaser, Safety Kleen Premium Solvent, and other chemicals without having had sufficient training and information with regard to hazards associated with the chemicals.
