OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards: a) On or about 10/24/2017 in building # 7021 boat shop area, 1 inch white PVC piping and glued in fittings were used in exposed above ground areas during production operations to transport compressed air from a Speedarie air compressor exposing employees to struck-by hazard.

Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.
