29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 10/18/17, at the Huther Heatlh Clinic, located at 360 East Avenue, in Rochester, New York, employees painting second story windows, 15 feet above ground level, were not wearing fall protection while working in the boom basket of an articulating aerial lift (JLG 600A). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
