OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazard of being caught in or between which was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught in or between hazards while working underneath inadequately secured vehicles. On or about October 21, 2017, in the salvage yard area of the facility where an employee was exposed to caught in or between hazards while working beneath an elevated vehicle that was being supported by tires and rims.
