29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: (a) Facility, 2004 McKees Rocks Road, McKees Rocks, PA: On or about October 25, 2017 employees engaged in electrical work did not practice any safety-related work practices to prevent electrical shock or other injuries. Practices employed by employees include, but are not limited to: exposure to live parts, not applying locks or tags to de-energized equipment, and not ensuring the use of insulated tools.
