29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3): The front edge of platforms were more than 14 inches (36 cm) from the face of the work where guardrail systems were not erected along the front edge and/or personal fall arrest systems were not used in accordance with paragraph (g) of this section to protect employees from falling: (a) On or about October 25, 2017, and at time prior, for employees exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 20 feet while tearing siding off the gable end of the building from a forklift platform with the open end approximately 17 inches from the building at or near 3420 North 14th Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
