29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Construction jobsite: On or about September 12, 2017 employees were using a double gang metal box with 120VAC receptacles that had an unused opening that was not effectively closed. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
