Shop Area: On or about October 25, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using chemicals including, but not limited to, Safety Kleen Premium Solvent, and Service Pro Non Chlorinated Brake Cleaner without having had a hazard assessment to determine the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to work with the chemical. b. Detailing Area: On or about October 25, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while using chemicals including, but not limited to, Concentrated Acid Wheel Cleaner and Old Yeller Degreaser, without having had a hazard assessment to determine the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to work with the chemical.

Snowy Mountain Motors Inc.: On or about October 25, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from chemicals including, but not limited to, petroleum naptha (Safety Kleen Premium Solvent), acetone, n-heptane, xylenes, toluene (Service Pro Non Chlorinated Brake Cleaner), sulfuric acid (Acid Wheel Cleaner), sodium hydroxide, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (Old Yeller Degreaser), without having had sufficient training and information with regard to hazards associated with the chemicals.
