29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about October 2, 2017, Peak View Roofing Co., as the controlling contractor, did not conduct safety and health inspections of the job site by an individual who is aware of the safety and health standards and/or an individual with sufficient authority to control or eliminate hazards. Peak View Roofing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1189564, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2016, with respect to a worksite located at 6150 Jefee Court, Colorado Springs, CO 80923.
