29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. a) Barrack section 5A5 top floor: On or about 10/25/2017, the means of egress to stairway was not continually maintained free of impediments in that a scaffold pole was erected directly in front of the stairway that caused a potential trip hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
