29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: a) On or about 10/24/17 - West Mezzanine breakroom , at the Scotsman icemaker, adequate drainage was not maintained and water was present on the floor. At the floor level, a drain pipe was observed to have visible mold and mildew.
