29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Onsite Electronics Recycling, LLC, 100 N. Link Lane, Unit 100, Ft Collins, CO 80524: On and before October 18, 1027, the employer did not ensure all employees were effectively trained on the hazardous chemicals in the work place. The employer did not train employees at the time of employment, prior to employees breaking apart televisions, computer monitors and other electronic components. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with lead, zinc, and iron. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Onsite Electronics Recycling, LLC, 100 N. Link Lane, Unit 100, Ft Collins, CO 80524: On and before October 18, 1027, the employer did not ensure that all surfaces in the workplace were as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. The work surface in the disassemble area tested positive for lead. Wipe samples showed 124.49 micrograms on the surface. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
