29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification that identified the workplace evaluated; the person which certified that the evaluation had been performed; the date(s) of the hazard assessment; and, which identified the document as a certification of hazard assessment. a) Automobile Service Center - On or about October 12, 2017, the employer did not verify through a written certification that a workplace hazard assessment was performed for employees assigned the task of filling customer's tires with air. An employee not wearing eye protection was injured when a tire ruptured when being filled with compressed air.
